Help Center International Inc. is a “not for profit” international organization whose mission is to relieve suffering of people in the United States, Africa, South and Central America and countries wherever the need arises.
Edna Herring-Cooper M.S., Founder and Administrative Officer
Edna Herring-Cooper is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Masters Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy and Substance Abuse. She is currently a doctoral student studying Non-Profit Administration at Capella University. Ms. Cooper is a member of Alpha Phi Omega, Psi Chi, APA, and the AAMFT. Ms. Cooper’s poetry has been published internationally and locally and is a Poet Laureate with the International Poet Society.
Ms. Cooper served on the board of the CDC of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark from 1989-95 and was instrumental in the conception and building of St James affordable housing in Newark, New Jersey.
Ms. Cooper developed and implemented programs for children and families while she was the Program Director of the Youth Outreach Program of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark and also with the “Welcome” program of The House of Prayer church which brought in and helped refugees from various countries become acclimated to living in the United States. Ms. Cooper has worked with Quest Youth Services of Newark, New Jersey which is a Catholic Charities organization as well as with “The Bridge” with their foster care program. She was also assistant to the Director of the Inventors Hall of Fame at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Recently Ms. Cooper has interned with the Brief Therapy Institute, Gateway Community Services and the Susan B. Anthony Center for Recovery providing counseling services. Contact Ms. Cooper at edna@helcenterinternationalinc.org

Wilfred Boateng B.S., Co-Founder
Wilfred Boateng is a graduate of Garden City University in Kamusi, Ghana, Africa. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science.
Wilfred is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and certified in Databases, Oracle 10g, by Sheidegger College in London. In addition to co- foundering Help Center International Inc.
Mr. Boateng was founder of two NGOs, Village of Hope and DAAD International and has partnered with various organizations planning events to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and other current social issues.
Wilfred is very environmentally conscious and promotes “green living” and vegetarianism. Mr. Boateng is a leader in his community and an entrepreneur owning several small businesses & in Ghana.
