Mission Statement

Help Center International Inc. is a “not for profit” international organization whose mission is to relieve suffering of people in the United States, Africa, South and Central America and countries wherever the need arises. Our job as an organization is to provide resources such as: food, clothing, medical services, conflict resolution and community building services and whatever resources necessary to relieve the suffering of people in whatever country it is serving in.

 

Objective

The objective of HCII is to prevent or alleviate conditions of suffering such as extreme poverty, homelessness, high infant mortality/other health risks, rising incidence of crime and drugs and genocide which may lead countries to political unrest, leaving them vulnerable to violence and massive ravaging of resources by nations more powerful.

 

Funding

Funding for projects in which HCII will provide services are supported by grants, sponsoring corporations/businesses and concerned individuals committed to relieving the suffering of people in countries where the need arises.

The Help Center International works to ensure that all who strive for improvement and equity have the information and resources they need to succeed.

Help Center International informs and educates opinion leaders, policy-makers, the media and concerned citizens about crucial issues. Our efforts in local communities, with national governments, and with multilateral agencies to relieve the suffering of people.

  • Mobilizes hundreds of thousands through grassroots efforts
  • Advocates for increased resources and sound policy in Tuberculosis, Malaria and HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.
  • Advocates for increased resources and sound policy on Women and Child Survival.

While many serious health problems can be addressed inexpensively and effectively with the right knowledge, too often practical advances in public health are not widely shared. Help Center International seeks to gather such knowledge and make it accessible for those who can use it to save lives.

Volunteers are expected to take exceptional initiative in shaping their experiences.

Volunteers are autonomous and may travel, explore, and interact to enhance their experience. It’s an experience unlike any other.

We have relied heavily on individuals that have been able to give of their time, knowledge and expertise.
